When TBJ Gourmet sought to convert an existing building into a state-of-the-art food production facility, they partnered with us to deliver precision-driven solutions. From capturing existing conditions to coordinating complex equipment layouts, we applied innovative laser scanning and BIM expertise to streamline the entire process.

Our Solution

Advanced Laser Scanning & Revit Modeling: Using cutting-edge LiDAR technology, we captured every detail of the building’s structure, creating an accurate Revit model to drive informed planning and design decisions.

Innovative Layout Planning:Leveraging the Revit model, we transformed 2D supplier designs into functional 3D layouts. This allowed stakeholders to visualize the equipment’s placement and optimize the manufacturing workflow.

Collaborative Representation: Acting as a trusted advisor, we ensured the project owner’s vision and operational priorities were met, coordinating directly with equipment manufacturers and trades to resolve challenges proactively.

Precision-Driven Trade Coordination: Delivered detailed installation plans that seamlessly integrated equipment within the facility’s structural framework, reducing delays and ensuring accuracy.
